Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Mill Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Boston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
