Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Sable Financial Group serves customers across Boston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 745 people based in Boston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
