Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
