Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boston, MA)

Harborlight Linden Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Boston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
