Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Junction Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
