Recruiter - interview scheduling (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Field Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Boise. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
