Recruiter - interview scheduling (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Linden Legal Group Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
