Recruiter - interview scheduling (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Ridge Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
