Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Union Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
