Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Junction Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Baltimore region. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
