Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Summit Glen Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 446 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
