Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Baltimore. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
