Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Timber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
