Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Bridge Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
