Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Baltimore. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
