Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen River Financial is a financial-services company in Baltimore. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
