Recruiter - interview scheduling (Baltimore, MD)

Lumen River Financial serves customers across Baltimore with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
