Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
