Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
