Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
