Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Atlanta with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
