Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
