Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Ember Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around Atlanta with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
