Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be interview scheduling. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
