Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
