Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Wilder Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
