Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Atlanta area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
