Recruiter - interview scheduling (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around Atlanta. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 322 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
