Recruiter - interview scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

Northwind Rowan Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
