Recruiter - interview scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Rook Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
