Recruiter - interview scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
