Recruiter - interview scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Anchorage supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
