Recruiter - interview scheduling (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Anchorage, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
