Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Partners is a Albuquerque logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 452 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
