Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
