Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Albuquerque with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
