Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on interview scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
