Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Glen Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
