Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
