Recruiter - interview scheduling (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Thistle Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on interview scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
