Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Wren Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
