Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
