Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Wichita, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
