Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
