Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Tulsa caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
