Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
