Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Wilder Learning Group is an education provider in Tulsa serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
