Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
