Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
