Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
